Privacy notice

Effective October 29, 2026. This notice describes how WSC Management I LLC, doing business as DataYield Partners ("DataYield," "we"), collects and uses personal information through datayieldpartners.ai, including for California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA.

What we collect

• Intake form: your name, title, email, phone, company details, and the answers you give about your company, its systems and its records.
• Referral form: your name and contact details, and the name and contact details of the person and company you introduce.
• Email: anything you send us at datayield@westmountsquarecap.com.
• Technical data: when you submit a form, our hosting provider records your IP address with the submission. It also keeps basic server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Please do not send us files, logins, passwords or customer records through this website.

How we use it

• To review your inquiry, prepare an estimate, and contact you about it.
• To follow up on referrals and to pay referral fees.
• To keep records of our business and to comply with law.

We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use it to train AI models.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run this website and our email (currently Netlify for hosting and form handling, and Google Workspace for email), under contracts that limit their use of it. We do not share your company's identity with any AI company or intermediary without the agreement described in our engagement terms.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted after 24 months. Engagement and referral records are kept as long as needed for the engagement and our legal obligations.

Your rights

California residents may request to know, correct or delete the personal information we hold about them, and may not be discriminated against for doing so. To make a request, email datayield@westmountsquarecap.com. We will verify your request before acting on it.
